We were invited to cover International Art Festival
It was a first time experience to witness different cultural forms from different asian countries along with special Diwali and Ramayan events. We were invited by the India Taipei Association (ITA), de-facto Indian Embassy in Taiwan to officially cover the event on behalf of them.

On the last day of the event, I got to cover the Kuttiyatam performance by renowned Ms.Kapila Venu. It was such a mesmerising show to see a story come to life by the expressions and gestures along with the musical instruments adding the pace and energy to the performance.

Introduction
2024 Asia Pacific Traditional Arts Festival was organised in Yilan with the theme “Let Light Prevail” based on the Ramayan influence on South East Asia with different teams showcasing their art forms.
India Taipei Association (ITA) was the co-organiser for this event and they wanted to promote the event by making a introduction video on the connection of Ramayana in different Asian Countries. We covered some events organised by the ITA before and they liked our work and this time they approached us to make a video for them. This felt like a recognition for our efforts and great opportunity to promote Indian culture among the Taiwanese people and enhance the India-Taiwan relations.
Making this kind of video was challenging at first because this is the first time we made a proper faceless explainer video. We had to do the storybording, collect the assets, voice over and mix music and do everything from scratch. After the initial edits, there were correction and the final video took the effort of 3 videos. But the effort felt worth it. We pushed our boundaries and successfully completed the challenge.
Check out the Ramayan video we made using the below link.

Video for Torii Tales
In between the shoot, we took some time to interact with the visitors of the event and Anu asked some fun question them. The responses of the people are warm and felt good that people are interested in Indian food and culture. We made a compilation of the event highlights along with the interviews in the below video. Do check it out!
