What Taiwanese think of India
Indian Summer Festival 2024 organised by ITA helps to bridge the gap between India and Taiwan in a unique way. We got to interview some Taiwanese youth to know their perspective on India.

We were really impressed by the knowledge and interest of some of the people we interviewed and compiled the interviews into two parts. Most of them were introduced to Indian culture through movies especially the 3 Idiots movie, which was a classic hit in Taiwan when it released and there is an Indian restaurant with the same name. The future of India-Taiwan connection looks promising.
This time ITA organised the India Summer Festival in the Huashan Creative park in a grand way The 2 days event was filled with amazing performances by the different Taiwanese dancers and Artists performing for the India music. There we special Indian food stall to experience different flavours of the Indian cuisine.
The main aim for this event is to introduce the Indian Culture and Art and Food to the Taiwanese people. We already made a video covering the event in 2023 which was our first proper video we shot for this channel. Check it here
So this time we though why not interact with the people who are attending the event and know their perspective on India. We approached many people but only few were interested to speak. Most of the people were kind and interested but they could not speak english so difficult for both of us communicate.
